The intake form will provide us with all of the details to administer your Talmetrix Remote Work Survey.
After you have submitted the intake form, we will contact you to confirm the employee file data requirements and process.
Once your employee data file is uploaded and processed, you will receive an email confirming that your data file loaded as well as a preview link of the survey with a confirmation of your desired survey launch date.
To support confidentiality, you can set an Anonymity Threshold. This means for any group demographic filter (i.e. department) smaller than the number you select, we will not report and/or display survey results with less than this number . The Custom Demographic is an additional data field (i.e., department or division) you want to filter and view survey results. The standard demographic data fields included are: Age Range, Race/Ethnicity, Gender, Location, Previous Remote Worker segments.

Survey results with less than this number will not be displayed and/or reported. Typically, this is a number between 3-15.
